LA Consulting was founded in 1993 to assist government
agencies in planning and managing infrastructure improvements
and operations. We're experts in helping agencies improve
their maintenance and public works operations.
The firm's founder, Harry C. Lorick, has an extensive
background in public works operations, management consulting,
systems development, training and technology consulting.
LA Consulting specializes in utilizing a combination
of management, technology, systems concepts and training
to help Public Work Agencies. The firm has had considerable
success in assisting agencies in saving millions of
dollars annually. Our systematic management approach,
for example, helped the Cities of Reno and Sparks, NV
save almost $900,000 during the first year; $3 million
after four years!
