The County retained LA Consulting to evaluate the road operations and drainage operations of their 1,600-mile road system. LA Consulting documented current operations, analyzed the major components and drivers, evaluated alternatives for improvement and documented a road map to achieve the identified opportunities.

LA Consulting has estimated there will be significant savings once the recommendations are implemented. LA Consulting has been retained to implement these improvements, and to establish a network based computer system to plan, organize, direct and improve maintenance work
