| Review of Road Maintenance Operations |
The County retained LA Consulting to evaluate the road operations and
drainage operations of their 2,000-mile road system. LA Consulting
documented current operations, created a database, evaluated alternatives
for improvement and documented a road map to achieve the identified
opportunities. LA Consulting had been retained to implement these
improvements, and to establish a network based computer system to plan,
organize, direct and improve maintenance work. |
