LA Consulting is documenting maintenance work methods and implementing a third-party network based automated maintenance and work request system for park and street maintenance. Efforts include joint development with various layers of staff for improved work methods of operations.

LA Consulting will be training staff and assisting maintenance staff to complete an annual plan for operations and maintenance to better manages maintenance for roadways and park facilities.
