Executing A Complete Multi-Divisional Efficiency Study
Volusia County Public Works retained LA Consulting to perform a multi-divisional efficiency study. This resulted in increased productivity and savings by using a detailed assessment technique that focused on employee participation and teaching management how to adapt to their changing work environment and customer needs.
LA Consulting has been selected to present this story at the Florida chapter APWA conference held in Orlando, FL. |
