| This session will outline how performance measures and
budgeting can be applied to Public Works in a real and practical way from
both a Public Works agency manager and a consultant's point of view. An
agency manager with hands-on background from a Public Works prospective will
describe the why and how this tool was used with actual tangible benefits.
The consultant will describe experiences and uses in applying such tools at
various California agencies, including small and large cities and counties.
Come to the session and get practical ideas of how this can be applied to
your agency in a real and useable way as a directional tool for Public
Works, not just to meet a new management initiative. |
