Operations Review and Implementation of a Maintenance Management System

LA Consulting evaluated county maintenance operations, documented work methods and established an automated maintenance system for the Santa Clara County Roads and Airports Department. Effort included joint development of work method improvements for operations. LA Consulting trained staff and assisted staff to complete an annual plan for operations and maintenance to better manage maintenance for county maintained assets. 

LA Consulting is currently in the process of implementing a Maintenance Management System for the County. LA Consulting assisted in the training on the system to effectively manage and perform work. County staff can now readily retrieve work data including unit cost and productivity using the system.
