Equipment Optimization Evaluation - Please Step Away From Your Truck
Summary:
It is time to make tough decisions on equipment use and optimization. Learn from two agencies that analyzed the annual use and cost of each piece of equipment in conjunction with an analysis of actual work performed with the equipment. This presentation will outline how to use CMMS and fleet systems to determine equipment use along with benchmarks for decision-making equipment and fleet needs.
