April 18, Carson, CA The APWA Southern California Chapter presented the 3rd Annual "Street and Technology Conference on April 18, 2002 at the Carson Conference Center. An one-day program featuring the latest public works issues, procedures and products in street and public works maintenance, repair and installation. An afternoon session entitled "Managing Infrastructure Facilities" featured Nick Nguyen of LA Consulting as moderator and panelists Bill Tidwell, Manager of Maintenance & Operations for Orange County, CA, Ray Rebeiro of Echelon Industries and Harry Lorick, P.E. of LA Consulting.
